$1.26 per mile for loaded miles over 10,000 miles per month
$0.10 per mile on over dimensional loads
$0.90 per mile empty
$0.02 per total mile for no tickets in month
$0.02 per total mile for no accidents in month
$50.00 full tarp fee 
$50.00 for extra p/u and drop 
License Plates provided at no cost to owner/operators
$500,000 Cargo Insurance provided at no cost to owner/operators
$5,000,000 Liability Insurance provided at no cost to owner/operators
New / Newer trailers will be supplied at no cost to owner/operators
100% of tolls and permits will be paid

Cost to owner of truck for extra insurances $22.00 per $1000.00 of extra coverage (based on current rates).
Truck to be fully equipped to haul deck loads in Canada and the U.S.A.
